Our Year 4 OC Trial Test Course is meticulously crafted to assist students in preparing for the OC Test by engaging in simulated exam conditions, fostering both speed and accuracy.
In small group classes, students will tackle:

Reading,
-
Mathematical Reasoning, and
-
Thinking Skills papers.
A comprehensive review session will delve into answers and effective exam techniques crucial for success.
The test papers are crafted by Mr Paul based on the latest OC Tests and incorporate insights provided by the Department of Education.
This course is scheduled to run from Term 4 of Year 3 (OC Foundation Course) up until the OC Test in July of Year 4, ensuring comprehensive preparation over an extended period.
How is the OC Testing Course run?
IN-PERSON, FACE TO FACE: The students are given a paper test on the day. They are given the same time constraints as the real OC Test Paper. After a short break, Mr Paul will go through ALL the questions in the test.
ONLINE: Students have access to the online test during the lesson. Students will complete the test under the same time constraints as the real OC Test Paper. After a short break, Mr Paul will go through ALL the questions in the test.
During each review session, Mr Paul will focus on test-taking techniques and time management strategies.

Mode of delivery: Face to Face at the centre in Liverpool, or Online via Zoom
Course offered: Year 3 students (Term 3 & Term 4) Year 4 students (Term 1 and Term 2)
FEES & SCHEDULE
Term 2, 2026 (3-week term):

Time: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM each week
Course fees: $195 for the term ($65 / week)
Discount for CORE students: $180 ($60 / week)
Discount only applies to students taking the CORE course and OC course simultaneously.
Students are required to bring their own devices each week.
Enjoy up to three FREE online retests at home, each with access to video recordings of detailed question reviews led by Mr Paul.
